Our Founder and CEO
Wade Wilson
Wade is a dedicated student passionate about mental health advocacy. His journey with X-4RCE began in 2023, and he has been a driving force in our journeyto help men with their mental health. Wade is our leader, counsellor, spokesperson and runs all areas of X-4RCE.

Kieren Hawken
Kieren is a local YouTuber, award-winning author, and founder of Luton Comic Con. He tirelessly campaigns for the neurodiverse community, having faced mental health challenges and various medical conditions himself. As a founding member of X-4RCE, he provides peer support and brings his deep understanding to help others, especially the autistic community.

Jack O'Shea
Jack is a seasoned sales professional who leverages his experience to foster community partnerships and drive our mission forward. Jack is very passionate about mens mental health having suffered with it many times before

Laura Conder
Laura is a freelance journalist with a keen interest in community service. She brings her expertise in communication to help spread awareness about our cause. Laura has worked for many different media groups including the BBC and GB news. She brings her knowledge of the media world to help X-4RCE further spread our wonderful message.
