Peer Support services

Real talk. Real connection. Real change.
At X-4RCE, we believe no one should struggle in silence. That’s why we run a range of free peer support groups across Luton — for men, dads, and young people. Every session is about showing up, speaking up, and building strength together.

1 2 1 Peer Support

X-4RCE offers free one-to-one peer support for men who may be struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or simply not ready for a group setting.

This is not clinical support and it is not therapy. It is peer support built on real understanding, genuine care, and honest conversation. Sometimes what someone needs most is not to be assessed or analysed, but to be heard by someone who will listen without judgement and take what they are saying seriously.

One-to-one support can provide a much-needed space for men who are going through a difficult time, feel isolated, or find it hard to open up in front of others. It offers the chance to talk in a more personal setting, at a pace that feels manageable.

At X-4RCE, this support is grounded in empathy, trust, and human connection. The aim is to provide a safe space where men can speak openly and feel supported, without pressure or expectation.

This service is free to access, but spaces are limited.

If you would like, I can also give you a slightly punchier version that sounds a bit more powerful and less formal.
