Men's peer support in Luton free, every week

Real talk. Real connection. Real change.

No referral. No waiting list. No judgement. Just a room full of men who get it.

At X-4RCE, we run free peer support for men across Luton. Whether you're struggling with your mental health, feeling isolated, going through a rough patch, or just need somewhere to breathe, there's a seat for you here.

This isn't therapy and it isn't clinical. It's men supporting men, built on lived experience, honest conversation, and showing up for each other week after week.

Who it's for

Men in Luton and the surrounding area, whatever your background, whatever you're carrying. You don't need a diagnosis, a referral, or a "good enough" reason. If you're thinking about coming, that's reason enough.

One-to-one peer support

A person wearing a maroon shirt and dark gray pants sitting on a dark gray couch with their hands clasped, in a dimly lit room with wooden furniture and bookshelf in the background.

Not ready for a group? That's okay. We offer free one-to-one peer support for men who are struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or who find it hard to open up in front of others.

This is not clinical support and it is not therapy. It's a private, unhurried conversation with someone who will listen without judgement and take what you're saying seriously, at a pace that feels manageable for you.

One-to-one spaces are limited and offered free of charge. To enquire, email info@x-4rce.com or use our contact form.
