Stand behind men's
mental health in Luton
X-4RCE is a grassroots men's mental health organisation working across Luton and Bedfordshire. Sponsorship from local businesses helps us keep support free, informal and available before men reach crisis point.
Who you would
be backing
X-4RCE CIC supports men across Luton and Bedfordshire through weekly peer support groups, 1:1 conversations, Body and Mind wellbeing sessions, outreach and signposting. We are community led and built around lived experience.
Men are far less likely to seek help through formal routes, and far more likely to talk in an informal room with a cup of tea in their hand. That is the gap we work in. Everything we run is free to attend, with no referral and no waiting list.
We are already funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, Luton Rising and the Arnold Clark Community Fund. Sponsorship is what lets us go further than grant cycles allow.

ACR Build
Andy contributes monthly and has done since our early days. His support is quiet, consistent and part of the foundation everything else is built on.
Carter Bookkeeping Services
Wendy keeps our finances in order and donates her time and expertise so we can focus on delivering support rather than paperwork.
Two ways to support us
Sponsor an item
Fund something specific and practical. You know exactly what your money provides, and we can tell you exactly when it happened.
Best for smaller businesses and one-off support.
From £25.
Become a partner
Support the wider work across the year and receive ongoing recognition as an X-4RCE partner.
Best for businesses looking for a visible, longer term community commitment.
From £500.
Sponsor an item
Every item below is a real cost from our own budget. Choose whichever fits, or tell us what you would like your support to fund.
| What it funds | Suggested amount | What it makes possible |
|---|---|---|
| Tea, coffee and refreshments for one session | £25 | Creates a welcoming space and helps men stay long enough to start talking |
| One 1:1 peer support session | £50 | Individual support for a man who needs more time than a group can give |
| Room hire for one peer support session | £75–£150 | A safe, accessible space for men to meet |
| Refreshments for one month | £100 | Weekly hospitality across all our community sessions |
| Body and Mind session | £150 | Wellbeing activity, informal discussion and connection |
| Men’s Hub drop-in session | £250–£500 | Accessible drop-in support, signposting and early intervention |
| Mental Health First Aid training | £250+ | Builds skills and confidence in our volunteers and service users |
Every item sponsored is acknowledged on our social media, and we will tell you when your session ran.
Become an X-4RCE partner
Partnership helps us plan beyond the next grant. In return we will make sure your customers, staff and community know that you stand behind men's mental health.
| Level | Suggested amount | What it supports | Recognition |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community Supporter | £500 | Group sessions, refreshments, room hire and outreach materials | Website thank-you, social media recognition and a supporter certificate |
| Wellbeing Partner | £1,000 | Peer support, Body and Mind sessions, 1:1 work and campaign materials | Logo on selected materials, website recognition and social media thank-you |
| Men’s Mental Health Partner | £2,500 | Regular support, outreach, wellbeing activity and awareness work | Logo on leaflets and banners where appropriate, website listing, social media recognition and an annual impact update |
| Strategic Partner | £5,000+ | Core delivery, growth, Men’s Hub development and long term sustainability | Prominent recognition across website, campaigns, printed materials, banners and events, plus workshops, training and talks |
Amounts are a guide, not a price list. If you want to support us at a different level, or in kind rather than in cash, we would still like to hear from you.
What partnership gives you
Visible local credibility
Your customers see you supporting men in your own town, not a distant national cause.
Something real to tell your team
Men's mental health affects your workforce. Backing X-4RCE gives you a genuine story to tell internally, not just a logo on a website.
A relationship, not a transaction
We are a small local organisation. You will deal with the people running the sessions, and you will hear how your money was spent.
Evidence for your own reporting
We will provide an update showing what your support made possible, which you are free to use in your own social value or community reporting.
